If within (7) days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase in its orignial condition for a refund of the merchandise value. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have before making a purchase. Return shipping and insurance is at buyer’s cost.
- Upon reciept of the full payment for the item(s) being purchased either by credit card or electronic payment, we will process your order. Items are typically processed and shipped from our location in 24-72 hours after payment has been recieved. Once executed we will send you a confirmation by email that includes the tracking number.
- As a courtesy to our customers, we currently offer free standard ground shipping on all area rugs purchased through our website. For heavier / larger items we may egnage a Freight forwarder depending on your location to ensure a prompt and safe delivery. We ship to any standard USPS street address in the continental United States. We do not offer delivery service to PO BOX or APO/FPO address.
